I just wanted to say thank you for the overwhelming service I received today.
I arrived at your garage without an appointment, to see if you could investigate the SRS light that was appearing on the dashboard of my MG F.
Despite being informed that you were very busy, it was agreed that I could wait and someone would have a look at it. I popped to the local Co-Op and when I got back, a matter of 15 minutes I was informed the car was done.
Fortunate for me it was just a contact problem, but what a service! I cannot praise you enough.
It's a shame that I'm selling my MG F, but I will certainly be recommending this garage to the person who buys it!

I met Andy Stevens at Sandown Park - Totally MG a few weeks ago (Sept 2006) and decided to book my ZT+190 into Executive Motoring Services at Upchurch, near Rainham, Kent.
Now, this is a 2 hour journey from my home in Polegate, East Sussex but I was so impressed by the service, cost and customer service that it made the journey worthwhile. EMS deserves every success for the future and I shall certainly mention you to any MG/Rover drivers I meet. Thank you again.

MG ZS 180 owner in Spain - 08/02/2007 (Yes he came all the way from Spain!!).
I'd just like to say thanks again to EMS for their swift and quality work done to my car this week!
A new radiator was sourced out of no-where and they even re-sealed the oil-sump, which was leaking after I messed up doing it myself.
The old radiator was looking a little knackered and the fan kept coming on, but its been smooth running since!
